Why Mid server status is showing as DOWN even all the mid server service running on the host machine

Hi team,

 

Our midservers status is showing as DOWN in servicenow mid server table from yesterday.

last refreshed is showing as 19/07/2023

 

but when i check the same service in the host machine , there service status is showing as RUNNING.

 

and i teied by STOP the service and then i RESTARTED , still the servers are shwoing as DOWN in servicenow

 

could you please suggest how we can fix this issue?

Hope you are doing well.

 

Mid servers can be down becz of multiple reasons -

1 Mid Server config file in the host has incorrect configurations like incorrect password, url or proxy

2. The communication between ServiceNow and mid server is blocked
