Is it possible to close resolved incident directly on teams

In email script we can close a resolved incident via hyperlink.

Teams is integrated with ServiceNow. Can same be implement in teams Notification?

Hello @bgulshan 

 

Yes, there is spokes there, which will allow you to update the incident as well based on input. 

 

In update you can fill the resolution notes, codes and state - basically all mandatory fields. 

 

Did you try that out ? Can you share the OOB Action ?
