Is it possible to create a new "Search Resources " under "Incident Deflection" Search context?

Hello,

 

I want create a new Additional Resource Configurations under "Incident Deflection" Search context. is it possible? If yes, can you please explain me how to do it. And also is it possible to create a new "Search Resource".

Hi Rajasekhar,

I have created all new ACL for admin role because OOB there are ACL's which give permission to maint role to create new records in that table.
but I think this is not a recommended way to create a new search resources.
