Is it possible to create a separate service catalog with pre-defined questionaries & with default Business CI's for Incident & Service Request?

Yes, it is possible to create a separate service catalog with pre-defined questionnaires and default Business CIs for Incidents and Service Requests in ServiceNow.

You can create catalog items with variables for the questionnaires and use record producers to set default Business CIs when incidents or service requests are created.
