Is it Possible to Customize the button on the Ticket Form(ticket) on Service Portal ?

Is it Possible to Customize the buttons on the Ticket Form(ticket) and Ticket Form for case(csm_ticket) on Service Portal ?
For Classic UI, I have found a way to customize the buttons by "UI Actions" menu.
("Customize" mean changing order of the buttons, display/hyde, etc.)
But for Service Portal, I can't find any resolution to customize the button of the Ticket Form(ticket)/Ticket Form for case(csm_ticket).
For example, following picture is the Ticket Form, and you can see "Resolve" in the "Actions" menu.
Can I customize this menu (for example, add other choice like "assign to me" "Close the case",
or, change the way of display(from pull-down menu to the button menu etc.)
I thought I could do this by Page designer below and checked each widget, but I couldn't find any clue.
I can't even find which widget is the right widget I should check...
would you kindly tell me how to achieve the above.

Its in OOB widget and customising that is not recommended. It is not in standard ticket configuration it is in widget.
