is it possible to deactivate SLA for particular service catalog item?

HI,

 

I have requirement to create service request item(request, request item,task)  but there is no sla for this catalog item. pls advise how to turn off SLA for this catalog item only. Thanks.

In the start condition try to item is not and give a try.

just add in a condition on the mentioned SLA in relation to that item is not…..
