Hi,
We received a request to create new knowledge bases, this has been done but additionally, they want all knowledge categories from an existing knowledge base be moved to the newly created KBs ( new KBS are like 8 new records). I understand it can be done manually but is there a way to use gliderecord?
Does anyone have the same requirement and how can it be achieved via script?
