I have a report like this - a single score report. I need to its value using a script. Is it possible?
Reason - I need this value to do some calculations, send emails based on that value etc

Not from report though however from a fix script or flow (better option - no code) you can get it and send e-mail too.
You can create one parent flow and have multiple sub flows within to achieve all of your use cases (if you want to).
This flow can be scheduled or triggered based upon records creation/updation.

If something is available out of the box (OOTB) without the need for scripting, why would you need to use scripting for it?

Hi Atul, I need that value for various reasons like for calculating something else, sending emails etc. Its a sample report I shared above. We have several score type reports and need the values of it to use it in our use cases.

Thanks for the clarity! I think I agree with @Vishal Jaswal that if you just need the count, but in a flow, you need to figure out how to handle other types of data. I might be wrong, but can't you use the report output to send the details, or maybe use the reports directly for your purpose?

so are you planning to use scheduled job to send emails etc?
what's the actual business requirement since sending email and reporting are 2 different things
