Is it possible to have multiple Process Flow Formatter in Change Request Table?

I want a Separate Process flow based on the Change Type selected. Here is what i've done:
Created a new Process flow in CR table. It's visible in the Process flow in the CR form, but it has been added to the existing Process flow. I need a Brand new Process flow for a specific change.

Flow will be same but you can add conditions .

That's what i did the first time, Not working. I mean the it will be visible but gets added to the existing Process flow.
