Is it possible to have the Add/Remove multiple Pop-up view of a list field, display on the form load

Hi all,

Is there an attribute I can use to have the Add/Remove multiple pop-up view of a list field displayed when the form loads, without clicking the button? If no attribute is available, is there any other alternative to achieve this?
