Is it possible to hide a Knowledge Base in knowledge interceptor although they have access by can read and can contribute.

Hi @Community Alums,

 

Take a look at interceptors. (sys_wizard.list).

You can define the knowledge interceptor there.

Locate the knowledge interceptors from System Definition > Interceptor

Then either remove the answer option of such knowledge base OR add roles which should have access to that knowledge base.
