Is it possible to limit one of MFA methods ?

Hi Community members,

I am now facing an issue related to MFA methods.
By OOTB, when MFA is enabled, and when users login for the first time, 3 methods are shown and selectable by himself. Is it possible to show only 1 method (for ex, setup Authenticator app) to fix the selection?

Yes you would just enable that property and disable the other two. Note I believe it uses the email on the admin account. So if your admin accounts in ServiceNow do not have an email address it will not work.
