Is it possible to produce an M/S Word document from a record in ServiceNow (Mail Merge)

We have an old P.O. system that :

1. Form - takes in details of the purchase order, calculates taxes, and ...

2. Produces a purchase order from the data entered to send to vendors.

We are looking into how we can move this to ServiceNow.  I am thinking if ServiceNow has mail merge capabilities, it would work very well. Does anyone know if this is possible, and where I can find more information?

I tried searching and most links provided in the solution are no longer working.
