Is it possible to receive email at servicenow instance from gmail

I am trying to receive email at my servicenow instance but It is not coming in received emails. I am using <instance_name>@servicenowdevelopers.com email to receive emails from gmail.

Did you turn on the email receiving property?

Yes It is checked. The main issue is I want to receive email from '@gmail.com' so I want to configure IMAP email account because in email diagnostic it is showing email receiving is not operational
