Approval field in RITM showing requested by default

When i open REQ, "Approval" field showing either "requested" or "Aprooved" based on the "set values" activity mentioned in workflow.

Comming to when i open RITM, "Approval" field showing "requested". But i didn't find any "set values" activity in workflows. Then how it is triggered "requested"? 

Please provide solution from where it is triggered.

In case this is OOB, Please mention which Business rule (or) from where triggered this "Requested" Value.

Take a look at the OOB Business Rule named Cascade Request Approval to Request Item on the sc_request table.  It is calling a Script Include whenever the approval changes that is updating the RITM approval field.
