Hello,
I've been asked to restrict 4 dictionary subcategory options but can't see if it's possible to achieve this. While I can understand the suggestion/requirement provided, I could see it potentially being problematic if someone was to go into an incident with these subcategories as they probably wouldn't be able to see them or update the ticket for example.
Is this possible, or should I just advise against it?
