Is project status portal still supported in new versions of servicenow

Is project status portal replaced by investment portal in new versions of servicenow

will I be able to access project status portal if I upgrade my instance  from Rome to Tokyo

Ok so i know there is a project_status_report page but how would i populate that page with the information of an specific project?
