Many of my team members are not able to login to Servicenow Instance. We have multiple projects and many users are impacted. The error message says "This site can't be reached". Does anyone has any idea how to check if there is any Servicenow outage or how to fix this?

If it is your Client/Organization instance then you should raise a HI ticket with ServiceNow to get required support.

My PDI and our company instances are all up and can be accessed as usual.
