Is that possible to change planned start date and planned end date in the change request

Hi ,

 

We have a requirement that in the change request Planned start date and Planned end date field to be not greyed during the entire life cycle for users under assignment group -

 

Is that possible , please help me on this below request

And what state does it get readonly?

 

OOB I don't see those fields read only which means there is either a custom UI policy or client script written on your instance which you may need to find first so that we can make changes accordingly.

Hi Sunil,

 

If you can't find any UI policies or client scripts that are making these fields read only, Please check if there are any access controls that are restricting edit access on these date fields in certain states of change request.

i can see there is a UI Policy , please suggest where i need to edit

@nameisnani  Since you have only these two fields in UI policy actions, you can disable the UI policy to make the date fields editable.
