Hi @Neelesh 

I can see what the problem is. You have selected the wrong user role (accidentally).

Please go to "Change User Role"

Then select "Admin"

Finally click on "Start Building" again and now you should get all the ITSM-related menu items.

Hi

you don't open "ITSM" as there is not such a menu item.

Instead, go to "Incident", "Problem" or "Change":

But without a basic understanding of ServiceNow and how to navigate there, it makes no sense to go further.

I have used ITSM tools and understand the various facets of it. What I am not able to open is the view which you have showcased.  

What I See is shown below, need so navigation help to reach to the place, where you have showcased the ITSM menu (Incident, problem, etc)

Looks like some bug in the platform, when I click on Start building, it takes to be home page, where it asks me to build app, etc. but somehow i reached to below screen, but NOT able to find the Incidents, Problems etc - where i can create for my application. I am only seeing Self-service and TestSuites
