We are planning to launch IssueBadge, a bulk certificate and badge issuing platform integrated with ServiceNow. The idea is to allow ticket resolvers or managers to issue Employee of the Month awards, certificates of appreciation, and recognition badges directly from resolved ServiceNow tickets—without manual effort or external tools. Before moving forward, we’d like to understand if there is a real business need for this type of solution. How are organizations currently handling employee recognition within ServiceNow, and would an integrated, automated approach add value?
