Greetings @Suggy. Are you asking about the specific message "Now Assist has a plan for solving [INC#]"? Or are you asking about ANY pop-up message displaying in the Service Operations Workspace?

Hi @lpruit2 I am just asking about how to enable that feature in workspace? Not sure if its OOTB feature or custom solution. so posted here 🙂

Greetings @Suggy. Yes, this is out of the box behavior. In my Personal Developer Instance (PDI), I created a simple onLoad Client Script that displays the same .addInfoMessage 10 times and when I refreshed the page it performed the consolidated "Show alerts" behavior.
