Is there a way to auto-populate the current terminated username (Text or Reference field) in the catalog item URL in the notification sent via Workflow Editor to the manager? When manager opens the email and click the catalog Item URL, it should auto-populate the terminated username in the catalog item.
Basically when the workflow is done disabling the user, the last step is to send the manager notification via Workflow Editor to ask if they do need access to terminated user's OneDrive or Mailbox, so was curious if the terminated username can be auto-populate in the catalog item link automatically as Text or reference field?
