MIM promote major incident candidate UI button not visible in major incident workbench

promote major incident candidate UI button not visible in major incident workbench.

 

When the incident is propose as major incident candidate in incident form. The incident moves to major incident accepted state.

 

Post this click on view workbench but there only reject major incident candidate button is not visible. But when validated the same situation in PDI instance - there is additional button, promote major incident candidate as well.

 

Could you please help where i can find this UI action

Hi @Abhilash 

 

The reason can be the required role , please check is the user has required role for this or any ACL stopping it or at last try to repair/ update the plugin.

Try with different users and in different browsers.
