Does anyone know how to basically map normal changes to use the emergency workflow change?

Hi @Community Alums

not sure , why you want map the Normal change to Emergency flow. The flow are OOTB and run as per conditions.

You can modify the Normal change flow as per your wish but not recommended to map it to emergency change flow.

Good day Atul,

I'm currently struggeling with similar question and I tought it would be more helpful to ask under this thread insteadof messeging You directly.

My issue is, that I don't know where to find in the system, where is it said, that for example normal change uses specific flow or a workflow. Is it similar to catalog item settigns for example? I mean in that there is some field saying "flow" or "workflow" with relation to it?

Hi @MichalKeluc

Greetings!!

If I speak the truth here, all this learning come from experience and hands on in the platform. I was in same situation where experts replied so quickly and i was just reading the question.

So for this, you may refer to ServiceNow Docs/community question and try to see in your PDI, which gives you a new learning and path.

Atul: So what I do, I go to my PDI and open the records , see what all available on Form level and navigate those option and learn.   Flow and Workflow are mainly used for automation or standardizes the work.

Check on docs, navigate the platform.
