Yes, it possible but there are often pitfalls and limitations with Performance Analytics. If you can't achieve using PA, you could always write a custom script and put in a UI page. That's usually what I need to end up doing for stuff like this.

The best approach to meet this requirement would be using Multilevel pivot reports.

I am able to make the multirow table, the problem is with the  total and net total when I don't have the rest of the cases.
