is there a way to disable the download button of the ServiceNow Document Viewer?

Hello SNC,
my doubt is if the download button of ServiceNow Document Viewer can be disable?, this to avoid the users to download the files.

Hi Leo,

Yes , you can disable the button of ServiceNow Document Viewer. The system property com.snc.documentviewer.enable_document_viewer helps you to enable or disable the button.

But my issue it isn't disabling the document viewer, the problem is that i want to disable only the download button of the Document Viewer.
