Is there a way to find the references for a record?

Ex 1 - If I open a user record , User 'Adam', I need to know where and all this Adam user is linked. Like this user could be caller for an indident, he could be assigned a change request, he could be owner of a CI.

So on a click on a buttom on user form, I need to know all the references for this user which should list that incident, Change request, CI.

Ex 2 - If I open a CI, I need to know on which all tasks this CI is referred.
