We have also faced this need of repairing the SLAs, there will be a UI action button which comes up with the out of box SLA module. That will repair SLAs and it is very useful.


Most important to use that feature, you will be needing your instance in 2011 SLA engine and few more conditions has to be met which can be seen in the UI Action.

It looks like it overrides the breach time and resets back to the original SLA Def. duration time.



What we are looking for is to extend out the breach time and have the recalc. based on that value. Any ideas.
