is there any to stop the OOB functionality that changes decimal field value from 0.400 to 0.4?

I want that the value will be display as 0.400

Once remove that scale , just to check out code works or not  and correct that  typo curren to current  in code.

There’s no out-of-the-box way to prevent truncation of trailing zeros in a decimal-type field.

 Best approach for your requirement would be  to display the value as a string or use a calculated field to format it as a string while storing the raw numeric value .
