Hi,
I would like to add to my Incident form a new field that will act like a Multi Row variable (should act like a table that you can add multiple rows) but inside incident and not inside a catalog item.
Like this just inside an incident form

Hi @Alon Grod
We can't add variables in Incident form. MRVS not possible on Incident form.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Alon Grod
I don't think so Alon. It will be a huge customization. What is your use case to add MRVS?

Hi there,
Is there a workaround? Sure!
When you would create an Incident through a Record Producer, then the Variables are also tied to your Incident and you can make them visible. In your case I didn't read that the incident is created this way, though you can mimic that behavior. Would a minor piece of development.
Can't think of any other "normal" way.
Kind regards,
