Is there any way to add % Sign next to the value in a report?

I have a report of Type 'Single Score' and I want to add the Percentage Sign (%) next to the value. Is there any way of doing that?  for example: 63%

The short answer is No. Based on the report visualization that you have selected it is not possible.
