Hi,
I am trying to attach a new workflow version to an existing ticket. I am able to do that. But the workflow is getting started from beginning. I want to move that workflow activity to a particular activity. Any suggestions is highly appreciated.

Hi Sagar,
Workflows are intended to start at the Start block and them progress through per the workflow activities. As far as I know, there's no way to tell the WF engine to jump to a specific activity and start there.
