Is there anyone with experience implementing maps in ServiceNow?

I am currently implementing Google Maps in my ServiceNow instance, but due to a ServiceNow issue, the map is not displaying. I inquired about the problem and was informed that it will not be supported in the future. Therefore, I am now looking to replace it with another map, but I'm not sure which one to implement. If anyone has relevant experience, I would appreciate it if you could share your insights.

Is my understanding correct that the alternative solution you mentioned requires implementation using OpenLayers or Leaflet?
