Is there any official definition from ServiceNow which says what are Applications, Application suites, Products, Product suites, Modules, Capabilities in ServiceNow?
Some say Incident management is an application, some say its not application its an module under ITSM product etc.
Some say CMDB is a core product, some say CMDB is a platform capability as per docs.
But if you look at docs, everything they call it as products.
In this link ITSM is mentioned, Incident management is mentioned, CMDB is mentioned etc.
Hence looking for "Official details/docs/wordings" from ServiceNow on this to get clarity on what is what 🙂
Ex-
What is ITSM?
What is Incident Management?
What is CMDB?

If someone asks which all applications, you know in ServiceNow <or> which all modules you know in ServiceNow?
Then it means the same?
How about CMDB, ServiceNow voice etc? Are they also called as ServiceNow Applications?

Its so surprising that ServiceNow has not given out any official definitions and what I know is everyone calls it in his own style - I mean one says Incident management as 'Application', other says incident management as 'Module' 🙂
