Issue attaching documents in an ATF Test

Hi everyone, I am trying to attach a document for a test I'm working on but the ATF results are returning "Invalid table:". The step I am using is "Add Attachments to Form (SP)". Do you know why is this issue happening?

Hi @Victor Monteale

When using the test step "Add Attachments to Form (SP)" - there is a chance of a successfully completed test step to attach to the catalog item on the service portal page. Whether this is successful or not depends on the customizations on the page.

According to ServiceNow this is a known issue.

Hi Victor,

If you are trying to attach a document to a record in UI16, you will need to use the "Add Attachments to Form" test step. The "Add Attachments to Form (SP)", as the name suggests, is for the Service Portal ie. Catalog Items, Record Producers. If you really want to add attachments to a SP form and its still not working, please check if the user has create/write access to the relevant tables.
