Hi All,
I am currently in the process of configuring issue auto resolution in parallel with virtual agent.
I have come to a point where the templates associated to the issue auto resolution don't seem to be applied when the user is confirming the incident is fixed etc. However I believe this was working at one point.
Should the templates be automatically applied once a user confirms the solution has solved their problem automatically? Or does something need to be configured to trigger these templates to be applied?
The majority of it s OOB set up also.
