Issue facing with recordWatch on widget

I have cloned "SC Order Status" OOB widget and modified the server script to call another widget instead of the OOB "Request Item Workflow Stages".

On the new widget A, I have added recordWatch to dynamically change the Stage value.

But it is not automatically updating from SC Order Status.

Refreshing the page is working, but I want it to dynamically update when stage of RITM changes.
