We are using ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) with Engagement Messenger and want to embed the Engagement Messenger widget into a customer‑facing portal built on Pega
Is there any documented or recommended pattern for embedding Engagement Messenger inside a Pega‑hosted web application (e.g., as an iframe or custom web component)?
Specifically, we would like to know:
Whether the standard Engagement Messenger embed snippet (from All > Engagement Messenger > Modules > [Module] > Implement) is supported inside a Pega‑rendered page.
Any known limitations or security constraints (e.g., CORS, SAML/OIDC, CSP) when running Engagement Messenger within a Pega‑generated UI.
If there are existing integration examples or reference architectures for ServiceNow + Pega portals.
Has anyone successfully embedded ServiceNow Engagement Messenger in a Pega application, and if so, what approach did you use?

Not familiar with the app but it looks like the whole point of engagement messenger is embedding it to 3rd party websites? Seems pretty straightforward. As for any pega particular stuff I would go directly to your pega admins
