We have installed the plugin for 'Outlook Actionable Messages', also have checked the checkbox 'Send Notifications' and 'Outlook Actionable Messages' in survey. Have added the mail script 'include_survey_actionable' in 'Survey user Invite' Notification. Still when this notification gets triggered the body appears to be blank. There appears to be no actionable survey options on email. Also have used only choice and string values in Survey Design. I have gone through the release notes for 'Outlook Actionable Messages' , n have configured as per the document. Can anybody help, am i missing something in the configuration?

Hi
This is very interesting information. Can you share any additional information or documentation around Actionable Messages or Embedded Surveys/Approvals and how to customize them as it relates to ServiceNow? The ServiceNow documentation regarding the topic appears to be very scarce.
I am also wondering if you can elaborate further on the Adaptive Card design from the link you provided. Do we just take the JSON payload from a template and copy/paste into the ServiceNow notification and it should render as such. Do we also include the mail script as well?
Thanks.

Hi - I had the same issue at first and would advise that you:
1. Check your outlook version to see if it is compatible.
2. Change the sender of the notification in ServiceNow to end in "@service-now.com".

Hi
Yep, both settings looking good, but no luck. I've raised a case with HI Support to see if they can assist.
Thanks, Ed
