Issue LoadRunner and ServiceNow

hello

I'm trying to run a testing in Load runner after being generated with the recording tool of load runner. We are trying to create a script that runs the scenario that a virtual user logs into The ServiceNow application. I attached a word doc. with all the details about the issue

I solved the issue trying to use the option "HTML-based script" at the Recording options. Then I clicked on the "HTML Advanced .." button and finally I selected the "Script type" option:

"A script containing explicit URLs only"

Please check the screenshot attached

With that settings beside the mentioned ones in the document that I attached at the beginning of this thread, I didn't get any issue anymore when trying to run the script after recorded.
