I need some help regarding Issue management UI Action.
Requirement: As the Assigned To, when I update Due Date, an Approval Task is sent to the Issue Manager prior to changes being made on the field. If approved, Due Date is updated, if rejected, Due Date is unchanged.
Acceptance Criteria:
A new 'Request Extension' button exists on Issue. When clicked, a popup window prompts the user for the new due date being requested and an explanation. Once submitted, an approval is generated for the Cyber Security Governance & Risk group which waits for anyone to approve, not all.
While pending extension approval, set substate to 'Pending Extension Approval'
Only show the button in the Analyze and Respond states.
Upon extension approval, update due date to the requested/approved date. Clear substate.
Need steps on how to proceed with this and also Scripts if applicable.
