Issue on SOW Stacked view in incident form. I am looking for 'The Comment and Worknotes tab should be always in tabs. The Stacke View Function shouldn't be available.'

Is there any specific reason to make changes? What value will it bring? I would recommend avoiding creating technical debt. Instead, educate users on how the system is designed to function. It's important to follow the intended use to prevent any future technical debt issues.
