I'm facing an issue with an application service let say "XXX". These are the issue mentioned below:
1) There is no relationships for this application in scv_ci_assoc table.
2) The view map button is disabled.
3) Application won't open in the CSDM view.
4) service_populator value is null.
I compared this application "XXX" with 'YYY' one that is behaving perfectly, and below are the comparisons and screenshots. Please reference those and guide me in the correct direction, i.e., what could be the problem, what should I check.
1) service_populator for XXX is null, and service populator status is Draft. While for YYY, values are present and status is ready. (refer the screenshots below)
2) View map button is disabled for XXX, for YYY it is enabled and working.
3) XXX Application is not opening in the csdm view, while YYY opens correctly.
