Hi team,
I have Issue with background script after running the script it is not redirecting into the Old page.
It is working in Personal instance but not working in professional instance. please look into the below personal instance screen short.
Please help on the same.

What do you mean by it's not "redirecting into the old page"? Maybe post a screenshot of what you see after you click Run script.

Hi Mike thanks for the reply,
From the screen short back arrow (<--) is not available in professional instance, but it's working in personal instance,
Now we are using copy and paste every time to update for multiple records, earlier by using back arrow (<--) to redirects to old script page like bellow.

The back option will be there, if you are on next page.
Have you tried in another browsers?

A couple of things.
There is no "back page" button, when you run a background script.
Instead, you need to use the Browser's previous option, or just swipe the trackpad to the right on a mac.
When you run a background script, it shows the "Script Execution" page and it's history, and it will reference you to the records that were impacted by the CRUD operation of your background script.
So it looks like the system is working as expected.
Also noticing that all of the above are PDI screenshots, so we don't know what you may be seeing in your actual ServiceNow instance.
