Hi,
I have implemented Universal Request. When a user wants to create an additional task other than the primary ticket, they can use the Associated Tasks related list under the Universal Request in Workspace.
However, a few users are receiving the error “Security constraints prevent access to this page” when they try to create an associated task.
The affected users already have both the Universal Request Admin and itil roles. The issue is occurring only for a few users, while other users with the same roles are able to create the task successfully.
