Have a requirement to hide the email activity reply, reply all, forward buttons for specific tables. There is no oob way to handle however, a known workaround exists:

The problem with this onLoad script is that if you are already on the page when an email is posted to the activity log - the buttons are not hidden for this new record.
This isn't a giant concern but it would be nice to ensure they remain hidden entirely. For us, this method of communication is not intended to be used in certain tables.
Might not be achievable but wondering if anyone has any input.
