Issue with icalendar entries (dtstart & dtend)

My company wants to send Outlook calendar invites for change tasks like we do for changes.  I've followed the SN documentation to create a new import/export map for the change task table and mapped the dstart field to the "due date" field of the change task and the dtend field to the "planned end date" of the change task (which coincidentally is the planned end date of the parent change) because we don't have and end date field on the change task.  I then created a new notification with a new email template (change.calendar.task.integration).

Everything works; however, when I get the calendar notification, it's using current date/time) and not reading the dtstart or dtend.  Can anyone explain why and how do I fix it?  As an FYI, invites for the parent change work perfectly.

We already have an entry in the import export map for icalendar.reminder with the description = Calendar map for change requests.  Do I need to make another one for the change tasks?

@Laura12 Pleas check the support case which matches your requirement.

@Laura12 , did you ever get this resolved? In dtstart it's picking up the current time and dtend is always set to 30 mins after of the dtstart time
