Unable to calculate % of projects in green status in performance analytics

Required help on the below requirement @Ankur Bawiskar @Vasantharajan N @Ahmmed Ali @RaghavSh 

As in Performance Analytics I was trying to display the Projects in Green Status but when ever the Project Status changes from one color to another color the % in the report is not getting change.

Tried with Formula Indicators but unable to get the result. 

Number of green projects has changed in the last few weeks, so the percentage in the chart is to change a little as well. But it shows the same number of % for week, which doesn't match.
