Issue with Initial Load of Manage Access Page Post SailPoint Connector Upgrade to v4.0

Hope you're doing well!

We recently upgraded the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud connector from version 3.2 to version 4.0. After the upgrade, we’ve encountered an issue with the Manage Access page:

  • The page fails to load properly on the first attempt.
  • However, after refreshing the page, it works fine.
  • The issue occurs consistently only during the initial load.

Could you please assist in identifying the root cause and provide guidance on resolving this issue?

Hi @Dugus 

The prime reason can be other plugins/products which work with/along SailPoint are on lower versions and this can be the reason. So see if any plugin needs to update to the latest version to make it more workable else log a Now Support case.
